The Great Fourteen Welfare Society — serving the officers and families of the 14th OTS Course
The Great Fourteen Welfare Society is a voluntary, non-profit welfare society formed by retired officers commissioned through the 14th Officers Training School (OTS) Course on 6 December 1984 — one of Pakistan Army’s proudest batches, known simply as “14th The Great.”
203 officers were commissioned in that historic cohort. Across the decades, the bonds forged at the OTS have never weakened. Today, 183 surviving course mates — spread across Pakistan and beyond — remain united in fellowship, mutual support, and a shared commitment to the welfare of each other and our families.
The Society formalises this spirit of brotherhood into an enduring institution — transparent, accountable, and built to last beyond any individual.
